Lowellville Local School District is seeking proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Category One Internet Access and Transport for Lowellville K-12 School, 52 Rocket Place, Lowellville, OH 44436. The Elementary and High School share this address, but the solution must include two separate circuits, one for each school. Bidders must price each circuit at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 Gbps, on a 24-month term only. Proposals with any other term will be disqualified. Lowellville Local School District will follow all applicable Ohio procurement laws, including the Ohio Revised Code provisions that govern school district purchasing, as well as the District's Board of Education purchasing policies. These apply in addition to FCC and USAC E-Rate competitive bidding rules. Where state or local requirements are stricter than federal rules, the stricter requirement applies. If this Form 470 or RFP conflicts with applicable state or local law, that law controls. The District will hold an open and fair competitive process. It will evaluate all bids received with price of eligible services as the most heavily weighted factor, and will sign a written contract before filing the FCC Form 471.
