Princeville C U Sch Dist 326 is seeking proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet Access for FY2027 at two locations: Princeville Grade School, 602 N Town Ave., Princeville, IL 61559 Princeville Jr/Sr High School, 302 Cordis Ave., Princeville, IL 61559 Vendors must price 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps for each location on 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms, with up to two optional one-year (1+1) voluntary extensions. Vendors MUST provide pricing for BOTH locations. The two locations will be evaluated together, and one vendor will be awarded both. Price of eligible services will be the primary evaluation factor. The RFP and pricing worksheet are attached to this Form 470. Vendors must follow the RFP's submission instructions and send all questions in writing to the RFP contacts listed in it. The Applicant will comply with all applicable Illinois procurement requirements, including the Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-20.21), the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140), and Princeville C U Sch Dist 326 Board of Education purchasing policies. All proposals and pricing may be subject to public disclosure under FOIA. The contract award is subject to Board of Education approval.
