Offeror requested to include all necessary cabling, licenses, connectors, components, installation, configuration, travel, per diem, shipping and any other applicable fees. The applicant is seeking bundled warranty and licenses including manufacturer maintenance support services (MSS) for equipment listed in the RFP and proposed solutions may include products and services defined as BMIC and/or MIBS in the E-Rate Eligible Services list. The applicant is not seeking standalone BMIC or MIBS solutions. Optional walk-through on October 21, 2026, from 9:30am to 10:30am CST at Banner Public School 2455 N Banner Rd., El Reno, Oklahoma 73036. See RFP for further details.
