The RFP is for approximately 12 Switches, 2 Routers, and associated stacking cables, transceivers, software, and maintenance associated with the Garland ISD self-provisioned fiber network. ALL RFP details, including bidding disqualification factors and requirements, are located within the RFP files attached to this form 470. Failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification at the discretion of Garland ISD. See the State or Local Procurement Requirements for additional RFP submittal requirements. This equipment is for new Garland ISD schools and non-instructional entities currently under construction, or will be constructed near term. Prospective vendors must download a copy of RFP #510-27-02, Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) Equipment and Services and associated files from the USAC Schools and Libraries Division Web Site and/or the District Web Site https://garlandisd.net/connect/how-do-business-us/current-bidrfp-opportunities .
