The lot is in used condition. Items have been stored across multiple facilities including office spaces and non-climate-controlled warehouses with varying age, wear, and packaging conditions. Key Features Modular desk kits include 1 unit measuring 24×39 inches and 9 units measuring 24×48 inches. File storage includes 1 tall 4-drawer metal file cabinet and 2 short 2-drawer file cabinets.
